So, even though this week was a bit difficult in terms of getting to the gym - work just seems to get in the way sometimes, you know? - I wound up at 149 pounds this morning. I'm not stopping. I will continue to eat as much high quality protein as I can stomach and to work out as hard as I possibly can. I'm looking at 150 in the next week or so.
